Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably in a fast-paced environment, SaaS or B2B industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design and project management tools (Figma, Asana)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating long and short form assets like presentations, ebooks, digital ads, social media, and email marketing
- Open communication habits and excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Ability to think creatively and solve design problems with innovative solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across various design projects
- A portfolio showcasing your design work across a variety of the aforementioned mediums
Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality, visually appealing presentations (PowerPoint & Google Slides) for internal stakeholders
- Design, execute or resize on-brand, elevated visuals for campaigns, website assets, email graphics, event materials, and more to support G-Pβs marketing and sales efforts
- Create and optimize ongoing social media content, including carousels, banners, and infographics to increase engagement across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to understand design requirements and produce high-quality assets
- Ensure all designs adhere to G-Pβs brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all materials
- Stay on top of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our work is innovative and fresh
- Assist with conceptualization and brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and projects
- Work with production teams to manage the execution of creative concepts through to final delivery, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines
- Support senior creative leads by taking direction and providing fresh ideas while adhering to stakeholder briefs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and web design
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices for social media content
Benefits
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $81,667.00 - $98,000.00 plus variable compensation
