Summary

Join Life360's Devices division as a Pricing, Promotion, and Sales Analytics Manager! This key role within the Sales Operations team focuses on driving promotional success by optimizing existing promotions and designing new ones. You will collaborate with various teams to improve strategies and analyze key metrics to achieve retailer goals. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in consumer electronics or retail, and proficiency in Excel. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent; MBA is a plus
  • 6+ years experience in consumer electronics or retail focused on promotional strategy, sales analytics, or pricing or related experience
  • Ability to step up during ambiguous times and ready to take on new challenges while driving continuous improvement across Sales Analytics, Pricing, and Promotions
  • Excellent analytical skills, being able to craft a story from the data
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering across different functions and various levels in a company
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Self-starter, comfortable with working under pressure, and meeting deadlines with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
  • Team player and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions, effectively influence senior business partners, and provide thoughtful push back when necessary
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking paired with intellectual curiosity and aptitude in picking up new technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations teams to align promotional plans with business objectives
  • Develop and evaluate promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Manage promotional budget
  • Benchmark promotional strategies to assess promotional effectiveness, provide insights and recommendations for future improvements, and present findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders at varying levels
  • Manage world-wide pricing
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and retailer / distributor margins to establish optimal pricing structures
  • Conduct margin analysis to ensure profitability across different product categories and sales channels
  • Analyze sales data to identify revenue performance trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Netsuite, SQL, Databricks and data visualization tools (eg Tableau, PowerBI), is a plus
