Deal Desk Analyst

Summary

Join Cloudbeds as a Deal Desk Analyst and support the global sales organization in structuring deals, leveraging pricing strategies, and managing contracts. Collaborate with Finance, Support, and Sales Ops to ensure compliance with Cloudbeds policies. This role requires experience in sales operations, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. You will assist with pricing approvals, provide support to the sales team, and work cross-functionally to facilitate deal closure. The position involves day-to-day reconciliation of closed deals and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This remote position is based in Latin America with a 9am to 6pm UTC time shift.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Insights
• Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and collaboration skills
• Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
• Proven experience working with sales technology and analytical tools such as Excel/Sheets, Salesforce
• Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the findings into actionable results
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day to day of pricing approvals, ensuring compliance with approved pricing strategies
• Provide proactive support to the global sales team in order to help drive new deals as well as expansion opportunities
• Work cross-functionally to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure
• Maintain and enforce agreed-upon deal, close dates, & packages
• Day to Day reconciliation of closed deals to ensure timely and accurate reporting of Sales Numbers
• Work as the liaison between the sales and billing team when it comes to issues/questions regarding invoicing, promos, etc
• Identify and make recommendations for process improvements; assist or drive implementation
