Summary
Join Minted as a Senior Brand Manager and define and execute the brand's integrated marketing strategy each season. You will shape brand marketing decisions, develop integrated marketing plans, and define content strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer trends and the ability to drive reach and relevance with Minted's core demographic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external partnerships, and develop inspiring creative briefs. Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing and/or brand strategy experience in a consumer, retail company, e-commerce brand and/or creative agency
- Proven experience achieving business objectives and working within a complex environment to hit deadlines
- Self-starter with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while still paying attention to details and executing flawlessly
- Results-driven, focused, and analytical. Outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills
- Deeply quantitative and analytical. The ideal candidate loves data and is able to analyze a problem, use data to articulate a recommendation, and take action accordingly
- Strong consumer insights and an understanding of how and why consumers use Minted products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excited to work in a collaborative team environment. A successful history of working cross-functionally to influence others and execute projects
- A deep appreciation for design and its power to enrich peopleβs lives
- BA or equivalent is required
Responsibilities
- Develop the seasonal brand strategy to meet our brand, consumer, and company goals
- Build the seasonal marketing calendar with brand managers and category management, including product launches, cultural moments, promo events, etc
- Lead all partnership & cross-category initiatives, including strategy, briefing, program management, execution, and hindsight. This includes brands, wholesale partners, and talent
- Lead all content strategy plans, including campaigns, content creators, licensed content
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agency/partner selection, contract and pricing negotiation, and performance management
- Partner with the marketing team to bring seasonal strategy to life across paid, owned, and earned channels. Develop strategies for key awareness-building channels, including TV, digital/print advertising, activations, events, and partnerships
- Collaborate with category teams to create and execute marketing strategies that support product launches and lifecycle management. Develop positioning and messaging that highlights product value, features, and benefits tailored to target customer segments
- Develop inspiring creative briefs based on a deep understanding of Minted's business, the competitive landscape, the cultural environment, and the target consumer
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree is highly desired
