Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ads monetization, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth in a high-growth, consumer-facing environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive ads monetization strategy aligned with business objectives to drive significant ads revenue growth
• Leverage data insights to create and grow a first-party data strategy, continuously improve ad experiences, and set aggressive yet attainable goals
• Create new and foster existing relationships with key programmatic and direct sales partners to maximize revenue opportunities
• Bring deep ads monetization expertise to lead the strategy, operations, and optimization of Scribd's ads program
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging ads technologies, and apply this knowledge to keep Scribd's ads program competitive
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, design, analytics, and data science to ensure seamless execution of ads initiatives
