Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and Python
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying automated machine learning models
- Intermediate proficiency with visualization platforms
- Proven ability to advise and mentor across a data-focused organization
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own bridge between data engineering, data science, and business intelligence for data analytics
- Initiate and own audits to remove defects, apply standardized practices, reinforce best methods and stand up new capabilities across data engineering, data science, and business intelligence
- Stay current with the latest trends and developments with machine learning; champion internal adoption and change management of latest practices
- Research, build and deploy self-running machine learning to automate data models
- Modeling should accurately predict or score using appropriate approach and confidence
- Reporting created should exhibit advanced design, be diagnostic in nature, and simple to use
- Analysis should exhibit concise storytelling with clear insights and recommendations
- Experimentation should be statistically sound in design and measurement
- Other duties as assigned
