Summary

Lone Wolf Technologies is hiring a Principal Architect with 8+ years of experience in developing and delivering large scale distributed systems, specializing in designing solutions using the Azure technology stack. The role involves designing high quality maintainable and scalable solutions, participating in the initial development efforts of key environments and features, ensuring compliance of security standards, and guiding engineering teams in the implementation of reproduceable designs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing and delivering large scale distributed systems
• 8+ years of experience with Enterprise class App/Server performance tuning and troubleshooting
• 5+ years of engineering and implementation experience with Kubernetes/AKS based environments
• 3+ years of experience with Azure and IaaC automation deployment
• Completion of a post-secondary program in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Understanding of software development principles and how they relate to infrastructure troubleshooting and error correction
• Prior experience with relational - preferably MSSQL - and non-relational database technologies
• Background in high-growth Agile SaaS-based engineering organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Design high quality maintainable and scalable Azure technology stack solutions
• Participate and/or supervise the initial development efforts of key environments and features
• Deliver an exceptional user experience to our customers, through the delivery of products and services with strong and supportable environments
• Identify technical requirements and participate in peer reviews of solution design and cloud architecture
• Proactively learn product frameworks; continually improve upon existing environment implementations and learn new technologies
• Participate in performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability, and automation; support, maintain, and help document environment functionality and supportability
