Join Zifo as a Principal Business Analyst and contribute to strategic projects for R&D divisions in pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This remote role requires regular nationwide travel to client sites. You will analyze customer needs, propose solutions, and work with business users and managers. • 20 + years as a Business systems consultant / analyst, with a majority of that in the pharmaceutical life sciences industry
• Strong background in biology and chemistry with lab experience
• Hands-on bench-level research science experience required
• Hold a solid Understanding of Pharmaceutical Research and Drug Discovery & Development processes and Biologics workflows

Responsibilities

• Review Business processes and systems
• Provide on site Business Analysis support for scientific groups
• Evaluate Industry trends to identify areas for optimization
• Develop recommendations and future state strategy
• Perform Gap Analysis, Define Future state process workflows and data models
• Produce and deliver required documents and reports to customers
