Summary

Join our Digital Product Engineering company as a Principal Consultant for Ayla, focusing on Enterprise Architecture consultancy. Lead end-to-end business analysis for hospitality projects, collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into system designs. Gather and document requirements, conduct gap analysis, and support system implementation. Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a subject matter expert for hospitality platforms. Prepare business cases and produce high-quality deliverables for CXO-level stakeholders. This role requires strong business analysis experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and high-level English and Spanish/Arabic language proficiency.

• High level of English and Spanish / Arabic language

Responsibilities

• Perform as Senior Business Analyst in the Enterprise Architecture engagements with international clients
• Lead end-to-end business analysis for hospitality projects involving PMS, POS, CRM, OTA integrations, loyalty systems, and mobile/web guest experience platforms
• Gather and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders including operations, marketing, sales, and IT teams
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping (As-Is & To-Be), and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and UX/UI teams to translate business needs into system designs and product features
• Support system implementation, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple hospitality systems
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for hospitality platforms, industry best practices, and compliance standards
• Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives
• Produce high quality artifacts and consulting deliverables for CXO level stakeholders
