Summary
Join Everstream Analytics as a customer-focused Principal Consultant on the Professional Services team, driving customer implementation projects for F100-F1000 clients. You will be the primary point of contact during implementation, working with customers to understand data gaps, advise on minimizing them, and configure the solution to their needs. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Product Development, Customer Success, and Product Management. You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, advise clients on best practices, and ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of B2B SaaS implementation experience, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation experience. Alternatively, a supply chain consulting role with a software related focus
- Self-starter with a curious attitude and a willingness to learn and master new technologies
- Ability to execute against defined project milestones and maintain timelines
- Ability to act easily in a global environment, with understanding of cultural differences and behavior
- English: both oral and written proficiency, with ability to clearly communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementations projects for F100-F1000 customers
- Advise clients on best practices and system capabilities as well as limitations
- Apply best practices when gathering data from customers, coordinating data cleansing if required, execute technical onboarding of multiple accounts, and lead customers through the setup and configuration process for their provided data sets
- Facilitate data and system integrations with Product teams and API Specialists
- Support validation (UAT) and troubleshoot difficulties during the configuration or go-live stages of the implementation process β a solid βfigure it outβ factor is critical to this role to overcome implementation obstacles by facilitating communication and advocacy with internal product & development teams
- Proactively communicate with Customer Success and Product teams to plan and maintain implementation schedules in line with mutually agreed project milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within supply chain, procurement or transportation solutions
- Enterprise B2B SaaS Implementation experience for F1000 & F500 companies
