Summary
Join Valiantys as a Principal Consultant and manage key client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of consulting engagements and driving business growth. Act as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, guiding them through transformation initiatives while expanding the firm's presence within your managed accounts. You will report to the Transformation Consulting Director. Responsibilities include client partnership and engagement delivery, solution design and value creation, business development and account growth, and team collaboration and knowledge sharing. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of consulting experience, ideally with a background in business or IT transformation, and strong client relationship management skills. This is a remote position, requiring candidates to be based near a major airport for convenient travel.
Requirements
- You bring a minimum of 7 years of consulting experience, ideally with a background in business or IT transformation
- Over the years, you’ve developed strong client relationship management skills and have actively contributed to the growth and success of key accounts
- While you may not be an expert, you’re comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar technologies
- Your experience working with cross-functional teams has given you the ability to effectively connect the dots between technical and business perspectives
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and you enjoy striking a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving
- This is a remote position, but it requires candidates to be based near a major airport to ensure convenient and efficient travel when needed
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across transformation initiatives
- Understand clients’ business goals and align solutions based on the Atlassian stack and related technologies
- Support delivery teams to ensure smooth execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction
- Contribute to the coordination and success of transformation projects, focusing on measurable business value
- Co-develop transformation offerings in collaboration with internal practices (e.g., Cloud, ITSM)
- Translate business and IT requirements into clear value propositions and project scopes
- Contribute to building reusable approaches, templates, or frameworks (e.g., for ITSM transformation, cloud migration)
- Support strategic planning and proposal efforts in close collaboration with sales and senior consultants
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client accounts
- Help develop go-to-market assets that position our capabilities in a clear and compelling way
- Act as a sparring partner for junior consultants, contributing to knowledge growth and professional development
- Share market and client insights internally to enhance offering development and delivery practices
