Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps
- Proven experience in a DevSecOps or security-focused role
- Strong Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
- Proficient in GitHub and GitHub Actions, including experience with managing repositories and setting up CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security practices into the CI/CD pipeline
- Develop and implement automated security testing tools and processes to identify vulnerabilities early in the development process
- Implement monitoring solutions, respond to incidents, building rapid response and debugging capabilities
- Create and maintain documentation related to operations, processes, configurations, and best practices
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, proposing improvements to existing implementations to optimize development workflows
- Foster strong collaboration between development and operations teams, promoting a DevOps culture focused on efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement
