Join RDA as a Principal Digital Strategist and lead transformative digital strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients. This remote position (U.S. East Coast hours) requires 4+ years of experience in digital strategy and a consulting or digital agency background. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, with a strong track record of defining and leading complex transformation initiatives
- Consulting or digital agency background with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, communicate strategic ideas, and navigate diverse client environments across industries and MarTech ecosystems
- Deep experience with platform-heavy environments (DXP, eCommerce, CMS, DAM, CDP) including partner tools and integrations
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to turn strategy into actionable, experience-led solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Engagements : Define and deliver digital roadmaps, transformation initiatives, and marketing programs aligned to business goals across platform-heavy ecosystems including CMS, eCommerce, DAM, CDP, and AI solutions
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor : Partner with executive stakeholders, often at the C-suite level, to identify challenges, shape vision, and deliver measurable results through MarTech and personalization platforms
- Drive AI-Enabled Innovation : Integrate artificial intelligence into digital strategies for enhanced personalization, automation, data utilization, and customer engagement
- Facilitate High-Impact Workshops & Presentations : Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder alignment workshops, and persuasive executive presentations to gain buy-in and momentum
- Support Growth & Sales Initiatives : Collaborate on presales efforts, including shaping solutions, delivering demos, writing proposals, and articulating business value in partnership with our technical leads
- Enable Seamless Execution : Work cross-functionally with UX, design, and technical teams to ensure strategy is executable, experience-focused, and technically feasible
- Contribute Thought Leadership : Represent RDA as a subject matter expert through blogs, webinars, and conference participation that highlight strategic thinking and emerging trends in digital and AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Storyblok, Contentful, ContentStack, Sitecore, Segment, Adobe, and Insider
- Presales or marketing support experience
