Summary

The job is for a Principal in Data role at RecargaPay, focusing on structuring and analyzing data for the Payments product. The professional will act as a technical reference in data for the Payments tribe and support the team in making informed decisions.

Requirements

• Mathematical and statistical skills
• Maturity and solid experience in data
• Proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of BI/Reporting tools
• Relevant experience in data analysis and generating reports on relevant metrics

Responsibilities

• Structure and analyze data to assist in the growth of the Payments product
• Act as a technical reference in data for the Payments tribe
• Support the team in decision-making based on current and historical data, understanding the health of indicators that have not yet reached maturity
• Execute, analyze, and present forecasts and KPIs
• Take responsibility for the metrics to be monitored according to the tasks/functions developed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payment or acquisition projects will be considered a plus
• Knowledge in measuring approval rates and credit card processing errors by different issuing banks and processors (acquirers) or by our own sub-acquirer license in different products: App, Transparent Checkout, MPOS, and Payment Link (Card Present and Card Not Present)
