Our Principal, Change Management role in the Advisory Practice involves partnering with clients to drive successful adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions. This role will develop and execute change management strategies, aligning stakeholders and accelerating cultural shifts. The strategist will work closely with executive sponsors, delivery teams, and end users. Requirements
- 8+ years as a hands-on Change Management Leader who has led both Change Strategy and Change Management efforts for Data and AI transformations
- 4+ years previous Consulting leadership experience working with external clients, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, frequently change focus, and work across a variety of projects
- Bring vertical/industry expertise to bear, in making Change recommendations, given the nuances of each industry, e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including members of the C-suite
- Organizational Change Management expertise and/or exposure, including: Change impact analysis, and stakeholder mapping
- Developing and Implementing Change Strategy plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance
- Identifying and translating technical impacts into specific change tactics
- Change recommendations for digital, data, analytics, and AI transformations, including data platform development and migrations, self-service model rollouts, and data governance implementations
- Multiple examples of having led organizations through the change cycle from awareness to adoption
- Defining metrics for change success measurement, and tracking against them
- Good technical understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment, data platform builds and migrations, designing data governance programs, and enabling reporting and analytics for an enterprise, the impacts of change across any of these, and the whatβs in it for me (WIIFM) for the respective stakeholders
- Knowledge and usage of industry-wide change frameworks, principles, and best practices, e.g. Prosci ADKAR
- Ability to identify and facilitate appropriate training and enablement sessions
- Demonstrated expertise in effectively leading and managing a team comprising Business Analysts, and Change Consultants, fostering internal growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Proven track record of collaborating with client stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional sales and delivery team members across distributed global teams, ensuring seamless, successful project delivery outcomes
- Ability to create strong cross-practice relationships to drive customer success
- Exhibits a strong sense of ownership in resolving challenges, committed to ensuring exceptional outcomes for all aspects of project execution
- Understands the evolving AI capabilities in the industry, including their applications and how to leverage them effectively to help clients increase revenue, improve customer experience, or introduce new products to the market
- A vision for how the Data and AI industry is evolving, and the evolving change impact on organizations to adapt and grow in this ever-shifting environment
- Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills and experience; ability to deliver presentations with compelling storylines, tailored to the target audience, from technical stakeholders through to executive teams
- 4-year Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to drive successful adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions by leading the people side of transformation
- Develop and execute change management strategies that align stakeholders, build organizational readiness, and accelerate the cultural shifts required to fully realize the value of data, analytics, and AI initiatives
- Work closely with executive sponsors, delivery teams, and end users to design communication, training, and adoption programs, while managing resistance and ensuring sustainable change
- Help expand the Advisory practice by shaping service offerings, cultivating client relationships, and mentoring teams focused on human-centered transformation in an evolving digital landscape
