Requirements

  • 7+ years of product design experience, ideally with ad or promotional systems
  • A strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, impactful user experiences
  • Proficiency in Figma and design systems, with a focus on scalable, reusable components
  • A data-driven mindset, collaborating with analytics teams to improve experiences
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions across the company
  • Experience partnering with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments
  • A growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, ready to drive impact and take ownership of projects from start to finish

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of our ad and promotions platform, building it from the ground up to deliver seamless, valuable experiences that enhance family life while driving business growth
  • Design intuitive, user-centric ad experiences that balance user needs with business goals
  • Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
  • Prototype and iterate rapidly, using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive improvements
  • Develop scalable design systems in Figma that support ad and promotional experiences across the app
  • Ensure accessibility compliance to make experiences inclusive and user-friendly
  • Advocate for user needs while delivering engaging ad solutions that align with Life360’s mission to improve everyday family life

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with motion design and animation for interactive ad experiences
  • Familiarity with growth-focused design practices and retention strategies
