📍Remote - United States

Summary

Join Atropos Health as a Principal Product Manager to contribute to the company's technology strategy, focusing on oncology product development. You will be responsible for defining and driving product strategy, conducting market research, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and company goals, creating prototypes, developing requirements, and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires extensive experience in oncology and real-world data, along with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful products. While primarily an individual contributor role, there's potential for team management. The position is remote-first and requires authorization to work in the US.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or adjacent relevant experience (e.g., data scientist, business analyst, engineer), including building products from concept through commercialization
  • 3+ years working in oncology, ideally with experience in both life sciences and provider-focused solutions
  • You are experienced in real-world data and know the nuances and complexities of generating evidence with oncology data
  • You thrive working with uncertainty and ambiguity–you know how to test hypotheses quickly, drive prioritization, and execute on action plans that solve problems from top-level strategic goals down to in-the-weeds operational details
  • You’re the type of PM who will roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to make your product and team successful
  • You have a track record of leading high-performing teams and shipping successful products from genesis to launch and beyond

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive oncology product strategy and roadmap, partnering with the engineering, data science, product, and clinical teams to gain alignment and drive development
  • Be the internal compass to help us evaluate all product initiatives through the lens of answering the question “will this help our oncology customers?”
  • Align priorities against company goals and customer needs, make strategic bets, creatively test hypotheses, and rigorously evaluate outcomes
  • Build wireframes and mockups and work with AI tools and/or an external design team to turn them into high-fidelity prototypes
  • Develop detailed development requirements. Ensure corresponding essential technical documentation is developed and maintained
  • Identify and lead improvements to the team’s innovation and approach, enabling us to scale our team and impact
  • While this is designed to be a senior individual contributor role, you may eventually be required to directly manage one or more junior PMs or analysts

Benefits

  • Our benefit package includes employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, and LTD insurance. We also offer FSA
  • We offer up to twelve weeks of paid leave for new parents who have been at the company for 6+ months
  • Save for retirement through our 401k plan with Human Interest
  • We're a remote first company with a flexible vacation policy
  • All full-time employees will receive a stipend to support their remote office setup
  • As a remote company we take time 2-3 times a year to get together in small teams and all together as a company
