Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on growth / funnel optimisation
  • Knowledge or passion in web3 technologies, rewards programs, blockchain, and decentralised applications
  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to liaise with our engineering team at a technical level
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive and foster relationships throughout the organisation
  • Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Data-driven decision making skills to influence key partners

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement crypto rewards strategies that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market positioning
  • Lead strategic planning sessions to align all stakeholders on goals and execution plans
  • Establish and maintain data collection processes to gather relevant metrics on user engagement, reward redemption, and program performance
  • Develop a metrics dashboard to track key health metrics and inform OKRs
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies and improvements for the rewards program
  • Ensure data-driven insights are communicated effectively to all stakeholders to support informed decision-making
  • Implement growth hacking techniques to rapidly test and optimise various elements of the rewards program for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to drive user acquisition and retention through innovative reward mechanisms
