Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience at an enterprise software company
- Strong understanding of one or more of the following: cloud-managed services, databases, SaaS, DevOps, security, management & governance, and overall enterprise software market
- Experienced in product lifecycle management
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relative work experience
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the development of enterprise-grade technologies and features
- Translate customer business needs into product and technology requirements
- Influence and drive product roadmap and measurable business outcomes that align with Striim's mission
- Communicate key product differentiators, best practices, and value to field teams and our customers
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship new, impactful products and features
- Ensure optimal user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI teams
- Make decisions from ambiguous data, and support your reasoning with data and analysis
- Drive cross-functional decisions via alignment with customers, sales, product marketing, customer success, business development, and technology partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of distributed systems and/or streaming systems
- Background in software development and program management
- Familiarity with Agile framework
