Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, including cross-functional teams
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, at varying levels across the organization
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Ability to extract, model, and synthesize data to make business decisions
• Experience driving program execution, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results
• Bachelor's degree in project management, education management or related field, or equivalent experience
• Effective working in culturally diverse work groups

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of program plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Partner with stakeholders across the Turnitin organization to organize and facilitate data-driven change management
• Maintain and improve the product roadmap with cross-team dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time, cross-functional work related to product projects and workstreams
• Lead program scoping efforts to define overall scope, high-level requirements, and stakeholders for different program aspects
• Serve as a change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization centered on consultation around process and continuous improvement
