Summary

Join Pindrop as a Principal Project Manager and play a critical role in delivering complex, high-impact projects for strategic customers. You will oversee large-scale implementations of Pindrop solutions in enterprise environments, managing cross-functional workstreams and interacting with senior customer stakeholders and internal executives. As a trusted advisor, you will proactively manage risks and escalations to ensure customer success. Mentoring other Project Managers and leading internal improvement initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with various teams to support pre-sales scoping, solution design, and post-go-live adoption planning. Finally, you will define and implement program-level processes to drive consistency and high-quality delivery across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bring 10+ years of project management experience , including at least 3 years leading complex, high-visibility programs with executive-level engagement
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills , inspiring confidence and building consensus across customer and internal teams
  • Are an excellent communicator who can tailor messages to audiences ranging from technical contributors to C-level executives
  • Thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment where you proactively create clarity out of ambiguity
  • Approach challenges with resilience, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Are passionate about mentoring others and raising the bar for project delivery excellence
  • Are organized and detail-oriented while maintaining focus on the big picture and strategic objectives
  • 10+ years of project management (or similar experience) in SaaS or cloud software companies delivering to enterprise clients
  • Experience leading complex programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and high customer impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the project lead for the largest and most complex customer engagements, ensuring alignment between customer objectives, project delivery, and Pindrop’s strategic goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executive sponsors, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain momentum and ensure customer success
  • Mentor and guide other Project Managers, establishing best practices in project governance, delivery methodology, and customer engagement
  • Lead internal continuous improvement initiatives to scale and mature the Professional Services delivery organization
  • Partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success teams to support pre-sales scoping, solution design, and post-go-live adoption planning
  • Define and implement program-level processes that drive consistency, transparency, and high-quality delivery across the portfolio
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence in everything you do

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
  • Experience with call center technologies, CCaaS platforms, or telephony solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and SaaS deployment processes
