Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on senior-level and executive recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for specialized and/or technical revenue-generating roles in the professional services industry (i.e., Forensic Engineering, Forensic Investigations, E-Discovery, etc.)
- Proven success in hiring for complex, high-priority roles in the professional services industry
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools
- Experience using data-driven recruiting and analytics to measure success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented approach
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Required to travel up to 25% of the time domestically
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, specialized, and executive revenue-generating roles across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with business needs and company culture
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in a competitive market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent mapping
- Utilize advanced recruiting techniques, including but not limited to social media platforms, headhunting, job boards, and networking to attract high-quality candidates
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a positive and consistent experience throughout the process
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless integration of new hires and provide ongoing support post-hire
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior recruiters and support in talent strategy execution
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and best-in-class recruiting technologies
