Summary
Join Veracity by RGPβ’ as a Principal Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow HRSD/CSM. You will lead project delivery of ServiceNow solutions, consulting with clients and developing thought leadership. Responsibilities include supporting implementation workshops, consulting on best practices, application configuration, report and integration development, and leading technical teams. This role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, specific certifications (CSA, CIS-HR, or CIS-CSM), and proficiency in Agile methodologies and various technologies. Requirements
- 5+ years demonstrated experience as a key technical leader for ServiceNow implementations in HRSD and/or CSM
- Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles that are client facing
- JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML 5.0, CSS/LESS
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) required
- Certified Implementation Specialist for HRSD (CIS-HR) required and/or
- Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM) required
Responsibilities
- Support implementation workshops to gather business/technical agile user stories
- Consult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices
- Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration
- Development of required client specific reporting
- Development of required integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services)
- Interface with ServiceNow technical teams as needed
- Lead/Co-lead technical implementation teams
- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
- Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions for HR and/or CSM
- Ensuring technical deliverables to Customer Delivery and customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes
- Achieve ServiceNow Practice and Individual KPIβs and Metrics as defined
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- GenAI Now Assist Accreditations nice to have
- Client facing professional with consultative style
- Proven team player and platform capability mentor
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical information in an articulate manner
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills an absolute essential
- Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs
