Requirements
- J.D. from a top school and bar member in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
- 4-8 years experience, likely in Big Law and ideally with in-house experience
- A client portfolio with meaningful overlaps to components of EvenUpβs business (e.g., enterprise software, AI, health records, privileged records, insurance, legal tech, etc.)
- Intrinsic motivation to perform at a high level and to win
Responsibilities
- Handle domestic data security and privacy laws, particularly in connection with protected health and other sensitive personal information
- Manage technology transactions, including enterprise software agreements and other technology vendor agreements
- Contribute outside of core areas of expertise
