Summary

Join Care Access as a Process and Systems Manager, Clinical Delivery and actively contribute to designing, building, and implementing operational processes and systems for successful patient-centered programs. You will be the primary driver of this work for the Future of Medicine Program, collaborating with various stakeholders. This highly autonomous role requires a strong clinical research background, proven success in patient recruitment and retention, and experience in system building for optimized team performance. You will leverage your expertise to translate leadership's vision into actionable progress. The position demands a high level of independence and proficiency in various systems and processes. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on the delivery of clinical programs and contribute to accelerating life-saving therapies.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a science related field or the equivalent experience
  • Possess at least four years of experience supporting the work of patient facing teams
  • Have experience developing processes and identifying systems for a department experiencing rapid growth
  • Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, build, and implementation of operational processes and systems for successful execution of patient-centered programs
  • Serve as the primary driver of this work for activities around the Future of Medicine Program
  • Work closely with Clinical Delivery leadership, Marketing, IT, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, and other key stakeholders
  • Translate information from leadership regarding desired program outcomes into actionable progress
  • Complete work to a high standard with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrate comfort with various tech systems and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Develop effective processes and workflows and understand when a process is ineffective or inefficient
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all situations and work effectively with a diverse group of individuals
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Learn to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Function as a critical thinker and problem solver
  • Be proficient in research terminology and basic medical terminology
  • Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills
  • Work effectively in a remote environment
  • Use multiple different systems to track information and pull data
  • Exhibit a bias for action and ability to execute a high volume of work daily
