Requirements

  • Proven experience working in procurement and/or vendor management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration or legal
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Excellent in English speaking and writing
  • A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and reference check are part of the application process

Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with our most important vendors, including conducting regular meetings to ensure business satisfaction
  • Conduct assessments and audits of our most important vendors to verify operational and contractual compliance
  • Preparing information provision on our most important vendors towards our customers
  • Leading procurement process and vendor selection based on business needs and your research on quality, price and product/services for our most important vendors
  • Supporting the business in adequate supplier selection, engagement and management
  • Constantly improving vendor management programs for our most important vendors and other suppliers
  • As part of the job, some travel activity must be expected

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of and experience with assurance, such as ISAE 3402 statements and ISO27001 certification is an advantage

  • A monthly gross salary between € 4200 and € 5800 based on 40 hours per week
