Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain principles
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., Zip)
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Global indirect purchasing focal point: manage Purchase Orders end to end
  • Reduce company costs & improve terms
  • Handle negotiations and contracts end to end, working with all relevant stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc)
  • Work with all the relevant stakeholders (Business owner, Legal, Finance, Security, etc.)
  • Provide excellent service to the relevant departments
  • Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations is a plus
