Join DEPTยฎ as a mid-level Video Producer, a remote role based within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, UT. You will be responsible for managing live-action and animated video projects from concept to completion, acting as a liaison between the agency and external partners. This involves overseeing the entire production process, from budgeting and vendor management to client communication and legal paperwork. You'll need 5-7 years of experience in complex video production, strong project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements
- 5-7 years work experience producing complex, live-action and animated productions
- Strong working knowledge of the full production process: scoping, timelines, onboarding vendors, pre-production and post-production management through to final client approval
- Experience working with remote production protocol and/or shooting outside of the US
- Experience working directly with clients and brands
- Great communication, people, leadership, organizational, and project/time management skills
- Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple projects and teams
- Flexibility when it comes to changing priorities, while still meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail, while simultaneously seeing the bigger picture
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, live-action and animated, video campaigns to support the objectives specified in creative briefs
- Own the production process: from scoping, bidding, awarding, executing best in class content, to project wrap details (billing details, organization of legal documents)
- Act as liaison for creative strategy, creative services, client contacts, legal counsel, business affairs and external vendors
- Coordinate all final vendor deliveries and manage timelines efficiently, in collaboration with the project management team
- Organize all legal and financial paperwork
- Manage multiple projects across multiple brands at a given time (typical workload will be across 3-5 projects)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key production partners
- Distribute contracts and aid in business affairs reviews
- Communicate frequently with legal teams
- Track and manage budgets accordingly across projects, with oversight and counsel from senior management
- See through the invoicing process
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital production
- An analytical mindset familiar with performance metrics and the ability to adjust creative approaches based on data insights
- Proven Slack experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with Asana Software
- Knowledge Harvest Software
- You are entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
