  • 6+ years of experience in creative campaign production, project management, or integrated marketing at a creative agency, media agency, or brand-side marketing team
  • Strong background in media strategy and media buying, with experience managing omnichannel media plans across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels
  • Deep knowledge of content production, digital marketing, and integrated campaign execution
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-phase projects with cross functional teams from concept through launch
  • Experience working with media agencies, ad tech partners, and analytics teams to optimize performance-based campaigns
  • Expertise in managing budgets, developing SOWs, and ensuring financial accountability across projects
  • Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to lead discussions, present strategic recommendations, and manage client expectations
  • Strong problem-solving mindsetโ€”able to anticipate risks, navigate challenges, and drive forward momentum in complex production environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) and collaboration platforms (Google Suite, Slack, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead brief intake and project kick-off
  • Ensure media planning responds to business needs, audience research and overall brand strategy
  • Support creative, strategy and media planning teams to build a cohesive plan that includes vision, messaging strategy and channel strategy
  • Lead the day-to-day production and execution of creative and media-driven campaigns for the retained client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Oversee campaign timelines, workback schedules, and project milestones, managing cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, media, and technology teams
  • Oversee roughly 20-30 concurrent initiatives at a time
  • Ensure media plans align with creative concepts and overall marketing objectives, optimizing performance across digital, social, and traditional channels
  • Partner with creative and strategy teams to bring innovative campaign ideas to life while balancing feasibility and execution
  • Drive cross-channel coordination between media planning and creative development to maximize campaign impact
  • Serve as the day-to-day client lead, ensuring a seamless relationship and proactive communication
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to align on objectives, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on media performance insights, creative effectiveness, and emerging industry trends
  • Manage expectations with transparency, ensuring clients are informed on progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Act as a trusted partner to the client, anticipating needs and proactively identifying solutions
  • Lead budget planning, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across creative production, media buying, and technology needs
  • Own the scoping process for creative campaigns and media plans, working closely with strategy, media, and analytics teams to ensure feasibility and impact
  • Ensure media spend aligns with business objectives, optimizing ROI across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for projects within the retained scope, ensuring clarity on deliverables, budgets, and expectations
  • Partnership with the finance team to reconcile initiatives and project budgets
  • Act as a mentor and leader to junior producers and project managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture
  • Partner with media, strategy, and creative teams to bridge the gap between campaign production and media activation
  • Champion Code and Theoryโ€™s culture of innovation, agility, and accountability in all aspects of production
  • Drive continuous improvement in production processes, campaign workflows, and media execution to enhance efficiency and impact
