Requirements

• Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects
• Proficient in game development, software development process, and project management practices
• Demonstrated technical aptitude in at least one area of game development
• Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit problem-solving skills daily
• Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders
• Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome - Ensuring that products launch and operate successfully
• Own the schedule - Partner with discipline leads to determine time and people necessary to see projects through to completion
• Communicate - Provide transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders
• Focus on Users – Be an active customer advocate and ensure live issues affecting end users are being followed up on and resolved

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with industry PM tools like Jira, Airtable, Miro, Lucidchart, etc
