Summary

RecargaPay is seeking a Product Analyst to help improve their platform by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. The role requires a deep understanding of the RecargaPay ecosystem, experience in digital payments, A/B testing, SQL, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the RecargaPay ecosystem
• Gather feedback from various sources to continuously improve user experience and customer satisfaction
• Analyze metrics and interpreting data trends
• Handle production issues
• Work closely with the development team
• Identify areas for process improvements and automation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand process challenges
• Create process improvements
• Conduct stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, planning, and other meetings as needed to execute product requirements
• Define and communicate the overarching vision, objectives, goals, and minimum viable product (MVP) requirements
• Specify and refine requirements—from conception to launch—working closely with engineering (and other functions depending on the domain, such as design, data science, credit, finance)
• Assist in the creation and management of the product roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partner areas through fluid communication
• Measure and monitor product metrics
• Provide actionable insights to help the product team understand trends, market dynamics, and user behaviors
• Design A/B experiments to guide product direction with iterative innovation and measurement
• Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, and long-term trend investigations
• Analyze market data, trends, and behaviors
• Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap
• Refine and prioritize the backlog
• Develop user stories and help shape the product vision and roadmap
• Define sprint goals
• Write acceptance tests
• Plan releases and updates
• Ensure product delivery is of the highest quality
• Track work progress and resolve production issues during sprints
• Analyze user preferences and requests
• Refine our agile methodology based on results and customer feedback
• Verify and analyze metrics and conversion rates daily
