Join Stedi's Network Operations team as a Product Analytics Engineer and play a crucial role in optimizing our healthcare clearinghouse. You will analyze transactions to improve eligibility check success rates and reduce claim rejections. Your responsibilities include defining business metrics, instrumenting dashboards and reports, and working with cross-functional teams. You'll build internal tools and manage a backlog of issues. This role requires exceptional analytics and documentation skills, expertise in the modern data stack (DBT, Redshift, Quicksight), and proficiency in SQL. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and thrives on details, working quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Have exceptional analytics and documentation skills
- Be an expert in the modern data stack (DBT, Redshift, Quicksight)
- Be an expert in SQL, data visualization, and structuring complex database schemas

Responsibilities
- Define business metrics to determine the “network health” of our clearinghouse
- Instrument dashboards, reports, and alerts for both the network operations and engineering teams to take action on in order to continuously improve our payer routing and API logic
- Work with product, engineering, and design to “productize” these metrics within the Stedi application for end-customer consumption
- Build internal tools, scripts, and runbooks to help Stedi manage the network and make decisions quickly
- Manage a well-defined backlog of issues in GitHub
