Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing design projects or coursework (required)
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of user research methods and usability testing
• Enthusiastic about learning and applying new skills in a practical setting

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on research findings
• Collaborate with team members to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve user experiences
• Help create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Provide support in preparing presentations and design mock-ups for stakeholders
• Learn and apply UX/UI design principles and methodologies to real-world projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience with design systems and style guides
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and how it informs design decisions
