Senior Product Designer

Summary

This is a UX Designer position in Blink's Embedded practice, supporting long-term opportunities with major clients. The role involves executing on digital products, working within cross-functional teams, providing feedback, conducting usability testing, and presenting work to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
• Prior work history designing for employee and customer experiences (EX/CX)
• Experience building tools for internal employee teams that serve external customers
• You're a self-starter who is comfortable pushing back and are open to feedback
• You're a relationship builder with high integrity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Executing on innovative and engaging digital products
• Working within cross-functional product development teams
• Producing deliverables and artifacts, including requirements visualization, participatory design, concept models, scenarios, user journeys/flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs
• Providing feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions
• Partnering with UX researchers and other product leaders to test and optimize the end-to-end digital experience
• Assessing and optimizing the performance of new existing products and services by conducting/participating in usability testing and interpreting analytics data
• Presenting work to product stakeholder and leadership teams
• Partnering with the development and design system teams to ensure design solution is implemented correctly and consistently
• Creating user journey maps, workflows, personas, day-in-the-life scenarios, and use case summaries to help deepen the organizational understanding of our users

Benefits

$150,000 - $165,000 a year
