Requirements

• Proven track record of impact (quantifiable results on metrics that matter)
• Background in product design, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
• Prior experience working at or with start-ups or early-stage initiatives (0-1 products)
• Experience designing, building, and shipping digital solutions
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness
• Proficiency with customer and user research
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with significant autonomy
• Proficiency with widely-used design and development tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Develop a Deep Understanding of E-Commerce Brands and Online Shoppers
• Serve as the voice of our customers, e-commerce brands looking to profitably grow their businesses, and of e-commerce shoppers, whose purchase decisions we are trying to influence
• Turn Insights into Action
• Design Flows and Experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the e-commerce space and in understanding purchase psychology
