Product Design Lead

Summary

Join AlGooru as their Product Design Lead and lead the design function across the product lifecycle, ensuring designs meet user needs and business goals. You will maintain consistency across all platforms and touchpoints, improve usability through clear, simple, and functional design, and guide and support the design team in daily work and growth. This role requires 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role, a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and design outcomes, and proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools. You should also have a solid understanding of design systems, user flows, and accessibility, experience with user research and using data to improve designs, and the ability to lead design discussions, make decisions, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and be open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role
• Strong portfolio showing clear problem-solving and design outcomes
• Skilled in Figma and other design and prototyping tools
