Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• At least 4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within the gaming industry, showcased through a compelling portfolio
• Skilled in using top design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and design thinking methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high independence in a dynamic environment
• Excellent ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to various stakeholders
• A genuine enthusiasm for gaming, with an understanding of game mechanics and player behavior that informs your design philosophy

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the UI/UX design process from inception to execution, ensuring that every design decision is informed by user needs and business objectives
• Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile platforms, employing best practices in usability and accessibility
• Conduct thorough user research and usability testing, applying insights gained to refine and perfect design outputs
• Work seamlessly with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to transform business requirements into innovative design solutions that resonate with users
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, advocating for their integration into our projects to keep our offerings cutting-edge
• Guide and mentor junior designers, nurturing their skills and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the design team
