Remote Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Cryptio, a Series-A company backed by tier-1 investors, as an experienced Product Designer to help tackle the biggest challenges in crypto - building infrastructure for institutional adoption. The role involves conducting user research, creating intuitive UX/UI designs, and collaborating closely with teams.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of four years of experience in product design, preferably within the fintech or B2B SaaS sectors
• Experience in a startup environment is highly advantageous
• Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable software
• Experience in establishing design systems is highly desirable
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and their rationale
• Experience working within an agile development environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviours of our target users
• Analyse user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our software products
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand and product vision
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and iterate on product features
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure design consistency and coherence across all product touchpoints
• Communicate design concepts and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives and team members, as well as external ones, like customers and partners
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the organisation
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Develop design guidelines and standards to streamline the design process and promote efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design practices
• Collect and analyse user feedback to iterate on designs and improve the overall product experience
• Continuously monitor product user data and analytics to ensure continuous improvement of the product experience
