Summary

Join E1, a leading SaaS tender management platform, as a mid or senior level Product Designer. You will be part of a cross-functional product team, focusing on user needs and employing human-centered design principles. Responsibilities include user research, prototyping, UI design, testing, and communicating design decisions. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS organizations, understands UX tools and processes, and can contribute to design system development. Requirements

  • Have experience in SaaS organisations working embedded in product engineering teams
  • Know which UX tools and processes to deploy against a given problem
  • Proactively contribute to elevating design maturity across the organisation
  • Be keen to collaborate with other designers within the design team to continually improve design consistency and quality across E1 products
  • Be able to contribute to the ongoing design and development of our design system
  • Have the ability to deep dive into user problems as inspiration to produce compelling solutions
  • Be able to easily understand and communicate the connection between design decisions and commercial outcomes
  • Be able to work end-to-end across Research, UX and UI

Responsibilities

  • As a Product Designer, you will have experience at each stage of the design process with a focus on the needs of the customer, employing human-centred design principles to uncover appropriate solutions
  • Actively contribute to the design and user experience of E1 products by participating in design activities such as user research, prototyping, UI design, testing, synthesis and communicating design decisions to cross-functional teams
