Product Designer

Summary

Join Expressable, a rapidly growing virtual speech therapy practice, as a Product Designer! This 100% remote, full-time position offers a salary between $95,000 and $115,000 per year. Requirements

• At least three years of design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma/FigJam for both production work and prototyping
• Demonstrated ability to work within established design systems
• Strong documentation capabilities for complex user flows and system architectures
• Experience creating and organizing both low and high-fidelity design files
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and implementation
• Strong design judgment with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to recognize patterns and effectively reuse components
• Experience translating research insights into concrete design solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into actionable design solutions
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user flows, journey maps, and system diagrams
• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma/FigJam
• Contribute to our evolving design system while ensuring consistent implementation
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Balance research insights with business requirements to deliver impactful solutions
