Summary

IOG is seeking a Product Designer to shape the future of their Web3 light wallet Lace. The role involves designing intuitive interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and maintaining design consistency. Key competencies include exceptional design skills, human-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, adaptability, and experience in product design.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, or a related field is required
• A minimum of 5 years experience in product design, with a proven track record in creating delightful user experiences
• Experience working with web and mobile platforms, and a thorough understanding of the technical limitations of each

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for the Lace platform
• Continuously refine and iterate on design features to support Lace's expanding suite of Web3 features
• Translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions that provide a seamless user experience
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure design coherence and product excellence
• Conduct thorough user research and usability testing, integrating insights into design iterations
• Create wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes, effectively communicating your design vision
• Maintain design consistency and coherence across the product's various touchpoints

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Protopie
