Product Designer

Summary

Join Pleo's Product Design team as a Product Designer in the Cash Flow domain. You will contribute to building new capabilities for our Cash Management Offering, impacting over 40,000 customers. This role involves ideation, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality user experiences. You will work on products such as transfer automation, credit, and funds management. The position offers hybrid or fully remote work options in Copenhagen, London, Montreal, or Stockholm. Requirements

• Have experience in the full life-cycle of a new feature or product from ideation to launch
• Possess strong visual design capabilities
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both within the team and externally
• Ability to prioritize effectively, maintaining both quality and organization

Responsibilities

• Research complex problem areas to help the team deeply understand the needs of our customers
• Ideate, prototype, and validate to refine and improve concepts
• Design complex interaction flows
• Employ systems thinking and experience working with design systems
• Balance industry best practices with innovation to create user-friendly solutions
• Demonstrate strong visual design capabilities
• Define a target state and break down work into logical milestones
• Collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both within the team and externally
• Prioritize effectively, maintaining both quality and organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in the financial services sector
• Have experience working on B2B SaaS platforms
• Care about measuring the impact of design decisions using data
• Be a stellar communicator who shares ideas and provides feedback with patience, empathy, and passion
• Have strong opinions about design processes, tools, and systems
• Enjoy collaborating with different competencies to push creative boundaries (in a productive way!)
• Have a knack for writing content that speaks clearly to people, builds trust, and compels action toward our goals
