Product Designer

Summary

Join our team at Render and contribute to building a powerful, easy-to-use cloud platform for hosting anything online. As a Product Designer, you will guide your team through uncertainty and ambiguity, proactively solving problems and collaborating with cross-functional partners while holding a high bar for quality in design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a professional product designer
• Experience with developer-focused products, ideally at an early stage startup
• A love of high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently to explore concepts from beginning to end coupled with an internal drive to seek feedback and improve
• Demonstrated track record in tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear outcomes
• Ability to ideate and creatively address complex problems with simple, but novel solutions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our teams to innovative and define our overall strategy and product direction
• Use storytelling to clearly communicate user needs and product opportunities
• Ideate, envision, and ship features and products to drive user and business outcomes
• Mentor and up-level work across other designers and teams
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, developer relations, and design peers
