Senior UI/UX Product Designer

Summary

Join Axonius, a revolutionary cybersecurity company, as we seek a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to build and manage the UX/UI of our products. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with product and R&D teams to shape and deliver Axonius' UX while balancing product, business, and design needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing a complex B2B system/platform
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows for technical customers and/or experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity. Understanding the product lifecycle from research through UX practice, high fidelity UI craft, and prototyping to usability testing
• Solid experience with UX research (user interviews, collecting and analyzing data)
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Experience in Figma
• Communication- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and cross-functional team collaborations. Articulate design decisions and feedback
• Collaboration- Create an innovative design culture within the team. Collaborate effectively with leaders across organizational boundaries to prioritize user needs and balance business goals
• Possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Good understanding of technical concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• A detail-oriented professional who delivers high-quality work
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design expertise and complex workflows turned into intuitive user experiences. Demonstrable impact on product strategy and outcomes
• Excellent English written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Product and R&D to develop a smooth user experience while ensuring proposed designs meet user needs and are feasible to implement
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in development and production
• Communicate solutions at various stages of definition using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, high-fidelity prototypes, and final design specifications
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
