Product Designer

Requirements

• Experience in UX research, interaction design, and visual design
• Mastery of Figma and standard design tools
• Strong end-to-end design process: Ability to carry a project through user research, wireframes, prototyping, hi-fi UI, and handover to devs
• Comfort with working in remote environments with remote team members in different time zones
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to elicit requirements
• Attention to detail, and ownership of your craft
• A collaborative spirit - you enjoy working with others and bringing people along in the design journey

Responsibilities

• Improve our existing UX creatively whilst navigating any legacy limitations
• Shape user experience from early foundations through launch and iteration
• Help align our legacy design patterns with a brand new design system developed for new products, balancing consistency and practicality
• Drive user research efforts and support the ongoing standardisation of design processes across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS or compliance-heavy products
• Familiarity with evolving or creating design systems
• Background in products with complex workflows or multiple user personas
• Familiarity with HTML & CSS
