Summary
Join PrizePicks, a rapidly growing sports company, as a Product Designer! You will collaborate with a team to design and implement user experiences that enhance acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Requirements
- 3 - 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally focused on growth, conversion, or performance-driven design
- Strong portfolio showcasing data-informed design solutions and measurable business impact
- A deep understanding of growth metrics, user behavior, and designβs role in driving acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Exceptional collaboration skills that inspire cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Experience in native mobile app design and contribution to a design system
- A strong storyteller and communicator, able to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- A detail-oriented and iterative approach to problem-solving, leveraging research and testing to refine solutions
- A humble, ego-free, emotionally intelligent designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver design solutions that drive measurable results
- Create intuitive, data-driven designs that optimize the end-to-end user journey, including onboarding, retention, and re-engagement flows
- Design and test scalable, flexible, and reusable UI/UX patterns that align with our brand while driving key business metrics
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate design decisions
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for growth design within the organization, communicating your design rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs and adherence to best practices
- Iterate rapidly on designs and prototypes based on user feedback and A/B testing outcomes
