Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience, able to work independently and drive projects forward
• Expertise in design principles and methodologies, supported by a portfolio showcasing UX and UI design excellence
• Strategic mindset that can align design strategies with business goals and user needs, translating complex challenges into actionable plans
• Experience with data-driven design decision-making and familiarity with metrics that drive user engagement and retention
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of effectively articulating design vision and strategy to all levels of the organization
• A knack for prioritizing work effectively and adapting quickly to changes. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience designing accessible, mobile-first products for both iOS and Android

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-user experience working across the full product design life cycle from discovery to delivery to iteration
• Conducting end-user research and testing by crafting interviews, usability studies, and A/B tests
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders and partner with your Product Manager, Engineering team, and Analyst to define the strategy and develop new features
• Building and maintaining a flexible design system that enables effortless customization for various customer needs
• Covering both interaction/UX and visual/UI design. Be able to design and present various solutions
• Partnering with engineers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
• Analyzing user insights and performance data to improve the flow continually
• Actively contributing to improving the design team's processes, culture, and tools
