Product Designer

Requirements

• Have 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong user-centric portfolio
• Be proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Possess strong user research skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable designs
• Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate a passion for simplifying complex systems and attention to detail in design
• Be familiar with agile development processes and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma or Sketch for a seamless user experience
• Conduct research and testing to understand user needs and validate design concepts
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation
• Develop and maintain cohesive design systems for scalability
• Simplify complex AI features for clarity and usability
• Engage in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate quality
• Stay current with design trends, UX practices, and AI advancements to drive innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms for usability and clarity
• Have a background in marketing tech, ad tech, or analytics platforms
• Possess knowledge of front-end development and design-to-code translation
• Be familiar with building and maintaining design systems for large-scale apps
