Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Development
• Experience in the apparel industry is a must
• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch
• Experience with fittings conduction and cost negotiations is a must

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for all brands, sourcing & technical design to deliver high-quality products
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, wholesale, customer experience & operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail and Beauty industry experience is a plus
• Experience in intimates OR seamless construction is a must
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management is a must
• Understanding the plus size market, womens fitting and being passionate in making women feel confident is a plus
