Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)
  • 5+ years in customer insights or product research, focusing on apparel, accessories, and/or home goods
  • Experience with retail data sources such as NPD, Particl, Edited, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify the critical product details that matter most to customers by scraping web reviews and social feedback, mining returns data, and identifying what customers say about competitor products
  • Compliment web scraping with primary research methods (surveys, customer panels, etc.) to get to details not always available online
  • Shape new product design features based on the most important product details you discover
  • Collaborate with Merchants, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure insights are implemented effectively
  • Develop and help implement a roadmap of self-serve customer insights tools for Quince colleagues to use too
